Yes. Just keep asking in the same chat without sending a new photo. Note that every reply from Kira counts as 1 consultation, including replies to follow-up questions.

Yes. Kira runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. The only time Kira can't reply is during scheduled maintenance.

More than 40 topics: hair (color, cut, bangs, updos, accessories, care), skin (oily, dull, acne, dark spots, pores, sensitive, anti-aging, sunscreen, lips), makeup (lipstick, lip liner, foundation, concealer, contour, blush, eyeshadow, eyeliner, lashes, brows, looks for any occasion), personal color, accessories (glasses, sunglasses, earrings, necklaces, piercings, hats, watches, bags), fashion (clothing colors, necklines, patterns, hijab, shirt & tie), nail art, braces, beards, and profile photos.

For most topics a well-lit face photo is enough. Some topics need a different photo: your hand for nails and watches, a half-body photo for clothing colors, necklines and shirt & tie, a full-body photo (head to toe) for clothing patterns, and a photo of your hair from the back or side for hair care. If your photo doesn't fit, Kira will ask for another one without using up your consultation quota.

Your photos are processed to produce the analysis, then deleted automatically within 24 hours after the consultation ends. Photos are never stored permanently, never shared with third parties, and never used for AI training without explicit consent.

Kira keeps limited data: only the number of consultations used, your subscription status and preferences you explicitly share. Full chat history is not stored permanently.

No. Kiramora does not sell, rent or trade user data to any third party. Product links use an affiliate system, but your personal data is never shared.

Choose a plan on the Kiramora payment page, verify your WhatsApp number with an OTP code, then complete payment on DOKU's secure page. Your subscription activates automatically once payment is confirmed.

A consultation is any reply from Kira with analysis and recommendations. An image preview is one image with up to 3 recommended variations applied to your own photo. The free plan gets 5 consultations and 1 image preview per day, the 7-Day Pass and Basic get 20 consultations and 5 image previews per day (all reset daily), and Pro is unlimited within a fair-use limit of 100 consultations and 20 previews per day (contact CS if you need more).

When your daily preview quota runs out, Kira still creates one preview and keeps it for 24 hours. As soon as you upgrade to a higher plan, that preview is sent to your WhatsApp without you having to ask again.

The Free Trial, 7-Day Pass, Basic, Pro and Pro Annual plans are for personal use only. Using them to serve salon, clinic, makeup artist or brand customers, or reselling access, is not allowed and access may be terminated. For business needs, contact our team about the Enterprise plan.

The 7-Day Pass is a one-time Rp19,900 payment that stays active for 7 days, with the same quota as Basic: 20 consultations and 5 image previews per day. It suits a single need, such as before a salon visit or a makeup haul. It does not renew automatically.

No. All payments are final and non-refundable, including for any unused active period or quota. That is why we offer a Free Trial so you can try it first. If you were charged but your plan was not activated, contact our CS and we will activate it.

No extra fees. The plan price shown already includes payment fees, so the amount you pay matches the price on this page.

No. You'll get a WhatsApp reminder 3 days and 1 day before your subscription ends, and you renew manually.

Kira accepts every format WhatsApp can send: JPG, PNG and HEIC. Photos sent as documents keep their original quality better.
