Definitions

“Kiramora”, “we”: The platform and team behind the Kiramora AI beauty consultant service.
“Kira”: The AI beauty agent that operates on WhatsApp.
“User”, “you”: Any individual using Kiramora's services.
“Personal Data”: Information that can identify you directly or indirectly.
“Consultation Session”: An interaction between a User and Kira that starts when a photo is sent.

Data We Collect

Kiramora collects as little data as possible, only what's needed to provide accurate beauty consultations.

WhatsApp number: Your unique account identity.
Face photo: Processed by AI for beauty analysis, deleted automatically within 24 hours.
Text messages: Questions and instructions within a consultation session.
Payment data: Transfer confirmation to validate a subscription. We do not store account numbers.

We do not collect full names, addresses, bank account numbers, GPS location or biometric data for identification.

How We Use Your Data

Processing photos and messages to produce personalized beauty analysis
Tracking the consultations remaining in your subscription period
Validating active subscriptions and enabling features for your plan
Sending service notifications such as renewal reminders

Data use is based on the performance of the service agreement (Article 1320 of the Indonesian Civil Code) and legal obligations under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (PDP Law).

Face Photo Protection

Face photos are the most sensitive data. They are only processed automatically by AI, then permanently deleted within 24 hours after the session ends.

Photos will never be used for AI training without written consent, displayed publicly, sold, or used for biometric identification.

We never ask for photos for anything other than beauty consultations. Beware of fake accounts impersonating Kiramora. Report them to +62 812-4988-9512.

Data Storage and Retention

Face photos: Up to 24 hours after the session
Chat content: Up to 7 days for debugging
Usage logs: While the account is active + 90 days
Subscription data: While the subscription is active + 1 year
WhatsApp number: Until a deletion request is received

Sharing Data with Third Parties

Kiramora does not sell your personal data to anyone. Data is only shared with technical service providers bound by confidentiality agreements, or where required by law.

Product links use an affiliate system. We may earn a small commission, but your personal data is not shared with e-commerce platforms in the process.

Data Security

Encryption in transit: All communication uses TLS 1.3
Encryption at rest: Data is stored with AES-256
Access control: Least-privilege principle for every team member
Secure deletion: Deleted data cannot be recovered

In the event of a data breach, we commit to notifying you within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident.

Your Rights (PDP Law)

Right of access: Request information about which personal data we hold.
Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
Right to erasure: Request deletion of your data within 3 business days.
Right to portability: Request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
